He Xianhan successively graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Waseda University in Japan, and Nihon University, obtaining dual master's degrees. He currently serves as Representative Director and President of Ferrotec Corporation, Chairman of the Board and President of FerroTec Group (China), and Chairman of Hangzhou Dahe Thermo-Magnetics Co.,Ltd., Shanghai Shenhe Investment Co., Ltd., and various affiliated companies.
Upon returning to China to establish his enterprise, Mr He immediately benchmarked against world-leading technologies. Integrating these with his company's practical needs and drawing upon Japan's streamlined, rigorous management models, he diligently explored operational mechanisms suited to the Chinese market. Demonstrating foresight and strategic acumen, Mr He actively propelled innovation and R&D within the high-tech sector through a global development perspective and vision. After over three decades of dedicated cultivation, the company has evolved from its founding stage with nine employees and a 500-square-metre experimental workshop into a diversified industrial group. Products manufactured by its subsidiaries are extensively applied across emerging sectors including semiconductors, electronics, precision machinery, medical biotechnology, and new energy vehicles.
The team led by Mr He Xianhan has secured numerous national technology patents for products in thermoelectric materials, novel semiconductor materials, new energy materials, new energy, semiconductor equipment manufacturing, and life sciences. These innovations have filled multiple domestic technological gaps, making outstanding contributions to the sustained development of China's manufacturing sector and regional economic prosperity.
