At 8:08 a.m., accompanied by rousing music, the host solemnly announced the official launch of DONGGUAN OHIZUMI SENSOR CO.,LTD.'s automated production line! The successful ceremony marks a solid step forward for DONGGUAN OHIZUMI SENSOR CO.,LTD. in the field of smart manufacturing and will provide a powerful boost to the company's future development.
The launch ceremony was presided over by Pan Shuquan, Executive Vice President of DONGGUAN OHIZUMI SENSOR CO.,LTD. Attendees included He Xianhan, Representative Director and President of Japan Magnetic Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. and Chairman of the Board of FerroTec Group (China); Katsuhiko Tsubo, Vice President of Ohizumi Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; Takashi Yamamura, Representative Director and Vice President of Japan Magnetic Technology Holdings Co., Ltd.; Dong Jianjun, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Shenhe Investment Co., Ltd. and Assistant to the Chairman of Shanghai Shenhe Sensor Co., Ltd.; Takayuki Hatta, General Manager of the Manufacturing Division at Japan Magnetic Technology Holdings Co., Ltd.; Masaru Nakamura, General Manager of the Manufacturing Division at Japan Magnetic Technology Holdings Co., Ltd.; and Lan Guangping of Japan Magnetic Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. In his remarks at the ceremony, Katsuhiko Tsubo, Vice President of Ohizumi Manufacturing Co., Ltd., stated that this automated production line is DONGGUAN OHIZUMI SENSOR's first of its kind, capable of producing 1.43 million units per month. Compared to previous production lines, six workers can now achieve the output of 38 workers—equivalent to five times the output of a single worker under normal conditions. As the first automated sensor production line, this milestone is truly memorable. The success of this first automated line has also laid the strongest foundation for the Group's future automation efforts. Moving forward, the company will continue to roll out second- and third-generation upgrades. The goal is to become a leading provider of high-quality, high-margin temperature sensors and the industry's most capable sensor manufacturer, better meeting customers’ increasingly stringent demands for product quality and delivery speed. President Tsubo also expressed his sincere gratitude to the designers of the automated production line, the construction team, and all personnel involved in the commissioning and related tasks.
Next, Chairman He delivered an inspiring speech. He began by extending his warm congratulations on the launch of the first automated sensor production line, provided an overview of the Group's business division's development in recent years, and shared his vision for the future of the sensor business. Chairman He also expressed his strong recognition and encouragement for the progress Ohizumi has made over the past year. At the conclusion of the ceremony, Chairman He and President Ping jointly unveiled the red ribbon draped over the automated equipment, and Chairman He pressed the start button. This moment marked the official launch of mass production on the automated production line at DONGGUAN OHIZUMI SENSOR CO.,LTD.
